Photography by Hal N Blaisdell
Much of his recent work in Photography continues while traveling and during extended stays in Europe since his retirement.
My work is one of curious examination of our collective existence during this interim of time and space. I seek and attempt to summarize subjects that influence everyday people and mold us as a species into what we are and to what we may become. My view of the world is through my composition and production of the final product. I endeavor to communicate my observation to others from beginning to end with my work.
Hal is now working on a series of environmental impact sculptures and the use of old materials in new ways and new materials in old ways.
